We made key improvements to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening process. What’s new: Enhanced logic for capturing and evaluating compliance data. More accurate user risk profiling and flagging. Improved case review and scoring models for better decision-making. These updates ensure a more robust compliance posture for regulated clients and financial institutions. How it Works 1. Reverify We are excited to launch our Reverification feature designed to help you keep your users’ identity records accurate, up to date, and compliant with changing regulations. Why Reverification Matters Reverification allows you to confirm a user’s identity again, ensuring their information is still valid and reducing the risk of outdated or fraudulent records. It helps your business stay compliant with evolving KYC/AML standards by maintaining fresh, verifiable data. You can now initiate a reverification directly from the Verification Dashboard by clicking the new “Reverify” button. Once triggered: The previous verification is no longer valid, meaning it’s marked as invalidated. A new verification attempt is launched, with the most recent result becoming the active and recognized record. Two Ways to Reverify via the Verification Link:- With Reference ID

Automated Country Selection on the verification widget To streamline the user verification process, we launched an automated country detection feature that pre-selects a user’s country at the start of verification. This reduces friction and errors in ID type selection, particularly for global users, which includes:- Implemented geo-IP-based country detection across the verification widget.

Verification Widget Enhancements We’ve made several improvements to the verification widget to ensure a smoother experience: QR Code Screen Redesign: The interface has been improved for better navigation and to guide users more effectively. Previously, users who were not scanning the QR code to continue verification on another device faced difficulties in finding the next step. The redesign ensures a clearer path for users to proceed with verification seamlessly.

Signature Canvas The Signature Page serves as a consent confirmation step, allowing users to authorize the collection, use, and access of their verification data as part of the verification process. The new update to the signature page allows users to append their actual signatures using the signature canvas. Previously, users could only enter their names as signatures, but with this update, they can draw out their signature, providing a more personalized and authentic verification experience.

We are giving you more control over how your users receive their one-time passcodes. Here’s what you can now do: Choose the channel: Select between SMS or WhatsApp for OTP delivery, depending on your user preferences. Double the options: Send the OTP to both channels simultaneously for users with potentially unreliable mobile networks. This ensures they receive their code no matter what. - Perform a business lookup by clicking on the “Perform Single Lookup” button

SIDEBARSidebar is an essential part of Dojah’s User Dashboard, facilitating easy navigation of services. In pursuit of a better user experience, we have opted to revamp the sidebar by consolidating some services into internal navigation rather than dropdown menus, reorganizing services, etc. In the new sidebar, we still maintained the use of sub-titles of services, and drop-down of services under products. There were some re-categorization of some products in this sidebar. Quick Action: In this new Sidebar, you can check your wallet balance and top-up from the quick action page.

Business Email Authentication and Other Improvements We’re thrilled to announce the release of a set of features and improvements to elevate your experience with Dojah. **Business Email Authentication ** With business email authentication, you can tailor your onboarding experience! Businesses have even more control over their user onboarding process with our new Business Email Authentication feature. Configure the types of emails you want users to onboard with using two flexible options: Disposable Email Toggle: Enable or disable the acceptance of temporary or easily disposable email addresses, enhancing your ability to manage user authenticity. Free Provider Option: Empower your users to sign up with emails from popular platforms like Gmail or Yahoo, while still maintaining control over the authenticity of business-related emails. Business Email Authentication is located on the verification page of the Easy Onboard dashboard, you select “email” has a verification page and then you configure your email settings according to your onboarding preference.

Simplify Integration with EasyOnboard: JavaScript Code Made Easy We have added a new update! If you want to seamlessly integrate our widget into your application using the API, we’ve got you covered! We’ve added some cool JavaScript code that allows you to customize your onboarding flow with easyonboard. Just save your flow, copy the code, and paste it into your application for a seamless integration with the ID verification widget. To find the API code, head over to the integration section of the easyonboard page. Select “websdk” as your option, and you’ll see the preview screen with the JavaScript code. Simply copy it and paste it into your application. Voila! Your users can now be seamlessly verified. Happy integrating!

We are thrilled to announce the release of two additional features that will enable businesses to customize and streamline user identity verification with greater flexibility. 1️⃣ Detect with Brightness Level: With this new feature, businesses can now detect a user’s identity based on the brightness level of their device. This customizable percentage level allows for a more tailored identity verification process, ensuring smoother onboarding experiences for users. 2️⃣ Detect with Glasses On: We understand the importance of flexibility in user identity verification. With this new feature, businesses can now choose whether to verify a user’s identity with or without glasses.
