You can customize the behavior of your flow, from its basic settings and decision logic to the specific rules it applies to incoming events.

How it works

Configuration is done within the Settings tab of your flow dashboard. Here you can adjust metadata, define how final decisions are made based on risk scores in Managing Decisions, and build your logic in the Rule Editor.

Settings

This is where you manage the administrative details of your flow.
  • You can edit the following:
    • Flow Name
    • Description
    • Webhook URL
    • Emails to receive case notifications
  • Important Note: A flow’s Use Case cannot be edited after it has been created.
