The Profiles page lists every user who has been evaluated by EasyDetect. For each profile you can see their name, profile ID, current risk score, risk tier, and date of last activity. Summary counts at the top show how many profiles fall into each tier. Use the search bar to find a profile by name or profile ID. Use the Filter button to narrow by risk tier or other attributes. Use Export to download the list as a file. Viewing a profile Click the eye icon on any row, or click directly on a profile, to open their detail page. This shows:
  • Risk Score: the current score with a gauge visual, plus summary stats: total events, total cases, open cases, profile creation date, risk tier, and last decision.
  • AI Overview: an AI-generated summary of the profile’s risk signals (expand to view).
  • Recent Activity: a log of the profile’s most recent events.
  • Team Comments: internal notes added by your team.
The tabs across the top provide deeper information:
  • Customer Information: identity details (name, date of birth, gender, nationality, BVN, and NIN), KYC status, and ID documents.
  • Financial Activity: transaction history and financial behaviour.
  • Behavioural & Device: device fingerprints, login patterns, and behavioural signals.
  • Network Analysis: connections to other profiles or flagged entities.
  • Geographic Activity: location data associated with the profile’s activity.
You can click ‘Download Report’ to export a full profile report or ‘Analysis’ to run an AI-assisted risk analysis on the profile.
