Managing the notification list
The page shows all team members currently subscribed to email notifications, along with their email address, role, and the date they were added. Adding a recipient: Click ‘Add Email’ in the top right. A modal opens with a dropdown to select from existing team members on your account. Select the person you want to add and click Add. They will immediately begin receiving platform notification emails. Removing a recipient: Click the delete icon on the right of any row to remove that person from the notification list. They will stop receiving platform alert emails, but their team membership and account access are unaffected. Searching: Use the search bar to find a specific person by name or email address if your list is long. What notifications are sent
Email notifications currently cover wallet balance alerts, specifically when your wallet drops to or below the payment threshold you have set in Billings. This is the primary use case: ensuring the right people on your team are alerted in time to top up before the balance reaches zero and API calls start failing. Other key account updates may also be sent to this list as they are triggered. Ensure the list always includes at least one person who is responsible for managing the account’s operational health.
